Carmel College employs over 140 staff who each play a significant part in ensuring our College allows all to let their lights shine. In addition to our academic staff, we also employ administration, information technology, and support staff to enable our growing community to thrive and fulfil our core business: educating.
Our teachers lead by example. They set high expectations for their classrooms and their practice, and are encouraged to develop as professionals.
