Carmel College community shines in Peter Pan

During May 2016, Carmel College proudly produced Peter Pan – A Musical Adventure, which was the chosen play for its biannual musical production.

Performed at the Redlands Performing Arts Centre, an immensely talented group of young performers danced, sung, acted and played their way through the two-hour spectacular which was labelled by the audience as "astonishing", "exceptionally professional", and best of all, "thoroughly enjoyable."

College Principal, Mr Brian Eastaughffe, said he was overwhelmed at the talent, commitment and embodiment of the spirit of the College that was demonstrated by all involved.

"To say I was proud of every member of the community involved with Peter Pan is an understatement," Mr Eastaughffe said.

"Every aspect of the performances is a testament to the hours of dedication of the students and staff.

"We have some amazingly gifted young people at Carmel College, and I thank the teachers and parents for helping these young people let their lights shine in and for their community."
